Please email us at pictureperfectprincessllc@gmail.com OR call us at (919) 589-3675 to begin the booking process! Your booking is not secured until we have confirmed your booking and recieved your deposit.
When you are ready to finalize your booking, you will be sent an invoice for the booking amount via email. Invoices are done securely and through paypal. You do not need a paypal account to pay the invoice.
A non-refundable deposit ($50) is required to secure your date, time, and character(s). This helps us to organize and finalize our calendars, and make ourselves available to make your event happen! If you need to move your booking date after the booking has been finalized, please let us know ASAP.
If for any reason we need to cancel an event on our end, (for example, your character falls ill and we cannot find a replacement) your deposit WILL be refunded to you.
