When you are ready to finalize your booking, you will be sent an invoice for the booking amount via email. Invoices are done securely and through paypal. You do not need a paypal account to pay the invoice.

A non-refundable deposit ($50) is required to secure your date, time, and character(s). This helps us to organize and finalize our calendars, and make ourselves available to make your event happen! If you need to move your booking date after the booking has been finalized, please let us know ASAP. If for any reason we need to cancel an event on our end, (for example, your character falls ill and we cannot find a replacement) your deposit WILL be refunded to you.

We are always open to expanding our fairytale cast! If you would like to book a character not yet listed, please do not hesitate to reach out. Unique/new characters may incur an additional fee.

We get it - sometimes you meet a performer at an event and want that specific performer back at yours! While we try to accommodate these requests, we cannot guarantee any individual performer's availability. We do, however, guarantee that the performer you receive will be equally as talented and trained to perform at your event! We have full confidence in the entirety of our cast and hope you love them all!

Yes! From mermaids to fairies, we are happy to work with you on something out of the box. We have characters we have created specifically for families looking for something out of the box. We offer realistic mermaids, and many types of fairies - from pink fairies to more "realistic" woodland fairies! Reach out today - we might already have something to fulfill your request!
